Delivery Policy

All orders are dispatched from Box Menswear’s warehouse based in the United Kingdom. We have an excellent team of staff who work around the clock to ensure that your order is with you as quickly as humanly possible.

 

DHL Express - €24.99 (1 to 3 Working Days)

 

Orders placed before 2pm on Monday to Friday will be shipped with DHL's Express. Service. This lightning fast service is the fastest way to ensure your order is in your hands as quickly as possible. Whether you're in a hurry for some new sexy underwear or to lounge about in track pants, the DHL service has you covered! 

 

Standard EU Shipping - €4.99 or FREE if you spend above €100.

 

Orders are dispatched with the Royal Mail Priority service. Orders will typically arrive within 5-8 working days, but may arrive quicker than this. If you spend more than $100, this service is completely free of charge.

 

Faster Shipping - €12.99  (3 to 7 Working Days)

 

For those who select the Faster Shipping option, your order will be upgraded and shipped via Landmark Global. This super fast service is perfect for those who cannot wait to get their hands on their new order. All orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day.

We also have good news for you.  As you are based in the EU, there will be no additional custom fees or duty taxes to be paid. Please note that on extremely rare occasions there may be a checks by customs or government agencies on mail, or extreme weather events which may cause an ever so slight delay. 

 

COVID19

 Although we are still shipping orders to arrive on time, on rare occasions there may be a delay due to COVID19. The couriers we use are highly efficient and orders are still arriving within the given time frame. However this is subject to any COVID19 developments in your country, and we will continue to monitor and update customers on any events that transpire.

Route 

Box Menswear is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout. *Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint. 



 IRELAND DELAYS

 

We have been informed by the courier of significant delays with orders shipped to Ireland. This is due to issues with the main depot in Dublin which is closed, and subsequently AN Post are experiencing a backlog of orders waiting to be processed.

 

This is being monitored and any more information will be posted here accordingly. Slightly extra transit times have been added at checkout to reflect this delay, but we are hoping that there will be some progress shortly and transit times are back to their speedy self!

 

 

 

BREXIT
In light of the recent news of the UK leaving the EU, there is naturally some concern in regards to the shipment and delivery of parcels. There may be a slight delay on some orders with items now having to be cleared by customs, but this is not an issue that has been brought to our attention yet. There should be no additional duty or taxes to be paid on your order with the service we use, however this is ultimately down to the discretion of your government. We
are not liable to pay any additional fees that may be charged on an order. 
This will be rigorously monitored and shipping fees / transit times altered accordingly. Any further information or updates will be posted here.
It is within your right as a consumer to refuse the delivery if you do not wish to pay any customs fees. In this event, the cost of the order excluding the postage and 10% of the order subtotal will be refunded onto your original payment method.
